What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a unique, holistic therapy that provides a non-invasive, drug-free and non-surgical approach to musculoskeletal health. Chiropractors are proficient at diagnosing, managing and preventing dysfunction of the musculoskeletal and nervous system.

WHEN SHOULD I SEE A CHIROPRACTOR?

Biomechanical problems usually occur through excessive stress on the body through physical trauma; falls, sports injuries, repetitive motions, lack of exercise and bad postural habits can affect spinal and nervous system health.

Who can benefit from chiropractic care?

We see people of all ages; from newborns to the elderly. We can modify our tachniques to suit the specific needs of the patient.

What training & qualifications does a chiropractor receive?

Chiropractors are required to adhere to strict and extensive educational requirements and standards to become registered health professionals in Australia. Australian chiropractors are five year university trained, and are government registered and regulated health professionals. A chiropractor's education never ends. After entering practice, all chiropractors must complete continuing professional development courses and seminars to upgrade and improve their skills and to stay current on the latest scientific research.
